I don't normally take the time to write reviews but after the exceptional and professional service I received at Bayside Chrysler, I almost felt compelled to do so. My wife and year old baby girl were stranded and my girls were completely disheveled by the whole ordeal. We called Chrysler and we were quickly in touch with Jay in the Bayside Chrysler Service Department whom promptly arranged for our car to be transported for repairs and even had our rental car waiting for us upon our arrival to the shop. The shop was quite busy but Jay and his crew were able to turn around our car well before the anticipated time I was told it may be ready. A big kudos to Bayside Chrysler for recognizing and making Jay a front man in Service, as he definitely knows how to deal with customers in trying times and does so in a professional manner.

Thank you Jay! You have earned me as loyal Bayside customer.

Jay was very helpful and attentive. He explained all the work that needed to be done on my Jeep, why it was needed and prioritized future maintenance. With his help in the future I will be able to keep my Liberty running smoothly and for years to come.
