Jay at service was very helpful and understanding. To say the least I was very frustrated and disappointed when the navigation on my BRAND NEW car I PU on Monday was not working . I cancelled the order (within my 3 day cancellation period) Jay and Tim worked hard on figuring out what the issue was and came up with a solution to fix the problem. I am taking the car now, and based on what I was told I am confident that Jay corrected the issue. They handled the situation perfectly.
