I was beyond frustrated with the repairs on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had previously had work done at Westbury Jeep who ultimately told me they had no idea why my check engine light was on and why my gas gauge didn't work. Marcello at Bayside Jeep was very personable, knowledgeable and diligent and promised me they would get to the bottom of these issues. MARCELLO DELIVERED...I will certainly seek his assistance regarding any further service.

On Friday November 08,2013 I was able to get service at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, without an appointment. The service advisor Marcelo was helpful and able to to get the warranty repairs the same day.
