I was asked by my office to take care of a recall. My office advised that I could go to any dealership, and suggested a dealership in NYC. I contacted the suggested dealership and the receptionist transferred me to the service dept. The phone rang and rang and no one ever picked up. I contacted the Bayside dealership because I formally owned a jeep which I purchased here and I knew that the staff was very professional. They did not fail me. The service assistant was able to get me appt right away and the service was completed within an hour. Thanks for not letting me down once again.
