jay was very good in explaining the part and function so that i could understand.He made the process of understanding the complexity of a car a little easier. He was very patient, although he had so many things to do. However AFTER WAITING FOR SIX HOURS FOR MY CAR TO GET FIX AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET THE CAR SAME DAY THE PART WAS NOT ON SITE. THERE WAS LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PARTS AND SERVICE . THEREFORE I WAS HIGHLY UPSET WAITING FOR A CAR FOR SEVEN HOURS WHEN THE PART WAS NOT ON SITE.

I CAME IN LASTNIGHT RIGHT AFTER SERVICE HAD CLOSED ITS DOORS, MR SHENG TOOK THE TIME OUT OF HIS WAY TO TALK TO ME WHICH WAS NICE.. I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN THE MORING AND HE REMEMBERED AND I WAS OUT THE DOOR IN A TIMLEY MANNER
