Jay was great.
I was on line at 7:30 am for 8am appt, oil change only. Car was taken in at 8, completed at 10am. 2 hour wait for oil change is ridiculous. Not happy.

Customer service was excellent, I made an app for my first oil change on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning for 8am. I arrived and spoke to Henry in Service and he told me it will be 1 hr and I was out of here in 45 mins. Now thats what i call great timing and customer service. Thanks Henry!!!
