Jason was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly--which is sometimes a difficult combination to find. I would definitely refer family and friends to come here and see him.

My overall experience with Turgo was both good and a wish to fight a little more. What troubled me the most was that he was kind enough to lower the price of my automobile to 19,465. I agreed however one of the managers, Rob declined the offer. Quite frankly, although not illegal, quite dishonest. I walked out of the dealership and cooled down and ran through the numbers, admittedly the offer given to me of 19,990 was an aggressive price. I took upon myself to call Turgo back and he was kind enough to throw in oil changes and his employee discount. Clearly something nice to entice customers. I work in broadcast media and work in a legal program and met even body language experts to learn a bit of their trade. I did find at times Turgo perhaps was unnerved (by his body language)by my constant request for perhaps accepting my offer 19,750. No matter what I threw at him he was strong enough to refuse. Oddly enough I found that rather a good quality.

I do feel overall Turgo did his best as a salesman and succeeded for your dealership.

As a consumer he did do his best to meet my needs for my automobile requests. And deep down inside I do feel he perhaps did want to try to meet my financial needs.

I do believe he is a strong salesman and we did end up having an interesting relationship.

Let me be very clear that I am not giving him a poor rating at all. He is a very good salesman. I would have preferred him to be a little bit more dogged towards his manager, especially after given me a price I agreed to.
