SHENG IN SERVICE
I am a corporate customer with Philips healthcare. Service and communication are key to me. Sheng went above and beyond in supporting my needs. He left me messages when issues came up...the Part did not come in the day it was supposed to. i was not happy about that. however prior to me loosing it Sheng had already gotten lease plans approval and spoke with Enterprise to expedite a rental car. WOW!!!!! When I brought the rental car back he helped me move my things between cars. he saved me at least 4 hours of my time. That is unmeasurable and irreplaceble to me. thank you Sheng you have no idea how much this impacted my last 3 days!
