Jay shows genuine customer service qualities. He helped me with the purchase of my 2012 Durango, which I was leasing. I originaly came into Bayside Chrysler, to see what they would offer me, and Jay showed great poise and professionalisim, and had an answer for every question I threw at him! Before coming to Bayside Dodge to purchase my 2013 Charger, I visited many other dealerships. When I went to look at cars, dealers would just hound me and not let me breathe while looking at the car. Doing business with Turgo and Rob at Bayside Dodge was stress free from start to finish. He gave me space and time to explore the car. He never kept coming over throwing in his two cents and pushing me with irrelevant facts. He gave me space to breathe and make a decision on my own time. When I was ready to ask questions, he answered all of them thoroughly with patience. I must have asked the same question over and over to be sure and he respectfully kept answering them without getting frustrated. Without Turgo my goal of getting a great deal on a 2013 Charger would be impossible. Other dealers try and push to sell you things you dont want even after you tell them you're not interested, but Turgo and Rob listened to what I wanted and respectfully suggested other things without being pushy. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. He also made the process quicker then usual which was a huge plus. I highly recommend other customers to do business with Turbo and Rob. I am very sure he will not disappoint you, and you will leave with a great car with no regrets and without a headache.
