The service is very good , you are reminded to take the car in, the staff is pleasant and the turn around time is quick. The price for the 12,000 check is bit pricey and almost made me leave today, Perhaps this can be baked into a program that helps to spread the cost a bit. $ 325 for someone driving a Mini Van is bite.

Today is the first time in about 10 visits to the dealership that I received truly excellent service. I purchased my vehicle in this location and had good service during the purchase of the vehicle I now own and the visits around my service for the vehicle were not bad in any way shape or form but this visit is the first time I had the opportunity to work with Henry in the service department in particular. He made it a purpose to provide excellent service even though I made it into the location a bit later than when cars are allowed to be checked in for same day service. Henry also provided information around upcoming services that I would need to perform on my vehicle in terms that I know and understand. I manage over 130 employees for my career and would truly appreciate an individual that makes it a purpose to provide excellent service. Thank you.
