Jeep Purchaser/ Service Customer
I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit from Bayside Jeep in February 2013. I was exremely pleased with the sales service from Dan, as he overly exceeded my extremely demanding expectations! I has been to 3 other Jeep dealerships in the NYC/ Long Island area and he was the reason I choose Bayside Jeep to make my purchase.
In early April 2013 I had a flat tire blow out and had to come in for my first service experience with Bayside Jeep, which left me even more satisfied with this dealership and service center! I came in late on a Monday evening after work, hoping to purchase the new tire to replace the spare and of course by the time I got to Bayside, all the maintence staff had already left for the evening. The service advisor at the desk, Jay Excobar recognized my urgency and need for having the tire replaced right away, and in doing so offered to do the job himself.
I have had 2 Jeep's in my life and have delt with many of the different dealerships through out the NYC/ Long Island area. I have never been more pleased with the service of the friendly sales staff and service center and I will contuine to come here for all of my future Jeep purchases and service inquires.
