Long wait, but quick after that
My experience started off with me being attended to by someone, then waiting at a desk for almost an hour. After that long wait, I finally met Nelson who was able to take care of business in about the time he promised when he contacted me earlier. Unfortunately he was preoccupied when I first came in, but if the person(s) who first saw me operated as he did, I would have had a great experience.
