My car died at the start of the holiday weekend and was towed to Bayside Chrysler. The professionalism and courtesy of the service rep Henry was outstanding. He was especially helpful in problem solving each obstacle that arose due to the holiday weekend. Joanna was also helpful with other details relating to a rental car and transport of the car to my dealer in CT. Although I never made it to Fire Island, at least my weekend with Bayside Chrysler was as pleasant as it was due to the friendly assistance of Henry and Joanna.

The most outstanding customer service I will ever receive at this dealership, Mr. Sheng was patient, kind,concerned and motivated to help me while I was here dealing with the worst situation of all time.
