Turgo tropnasse was completely rude, disrespectful, unorganized, unhelpful, and even took it to the point where he yelled at me, a paying customer, because I expressed annoyance over the fact that I was told specifically to arrive at 4:30, but then was not helped until 5:30. If I had not already purchased the car, I would have walked right out. Rating my overall experience with this man as unsatisfactory does not do it justice. My experience was beyond terrible. If you do go to this dealership, do not give turgo your business.
