i visited the service dept. on 6/19/13, it was the third time i came for my first oil change, since i purchased my car from Bayside. I at first was disappointed that i was told i had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I spoke to Rob the manager and he moved me up so i was serviced in an hour. He was very helpful. At the service dept. i saw Jay, he also was very informative and helpful. I do feel it would best service Bayside and its customers if you had a separate dept to just deal with simple maint. issues such as oil changes.
