went to chrysler service centre in bayside with transmission issues with my chrysler 300,met jay at the service counter and his knowledge and customer service was outstanding.after having issues with getting my recall issues done at chrysler manhattan it was a pleasure to find someone who made up for the way i felt about chrysler and how they handled my problems with the car.I take my hat off to jay and the bayside chrysler service team,my problem was solved and they made me feel i could trust chrysler again.THANK YOU JAY....AND THE REST OF THE SERVICE TEAM.
